PROCESS MATCHING
Choose equipment after the sealing process is fixed
The machine cannot be selected from lid diameter alone. Start with the sealing material and curing method, then match the lid path, groove, bead or strip dimensions, production rate and factory utilities. The compound or EVA strip and the machine should be sampled together because material handling and process settings determine the finished gasket.
For integration, confirm lid feeding and discharge orientation, recipe changeover, inspection method, oven capacity where applicable, cleaning method and the interface with the customer production line. Reference specifications on the detail pages are configurable ranges, not a final machine proposal.

Recommended project sequence
Send drawings and representative lids first. Jinyu reviews the groove and material, prepares a sample process, confirms the gasket result, and then defines heads, motion range, output, controls and line interfaces. Acceptance criteria should include bead or ring dimensions, cycle time, repeatability and the agreed sealing test.

Questions before machine configuration
Which machine is used for pre-formed EVA gaskets?
The EVA automatic gasket lining machine feeds continuous EVA strip, places it in the lid groove, cuts the strip and heat-welds the joint. It does not dispense liquid compound.
Does a PVC dispensing line require an oven?
The one-component PVC process normally requires a controlled oven cure after dispensing. The required temperature and dwell time must be validated with the selected compound and lid.
What information is required before configuring a sealing machine?
Provide lid drawings and samples, gasket or bead dimensions, material, line speed, available space, utilities, upstream and downstream handling, test method and target output.
