PROCESS AND INTEGRATION
Control the bead before the oven cure
The PVC dispensing machine meters a continuous one-component bead into the lid groove. Accuracy depends on lid locating, material conditioning, dispensing speed, start-stop overlap and bead dimensions. The downstream oven must deliver the validated metal-cap temperature and dwell time for the selected PVC grade.
A machine proposal should include the lid diameter range, target bead width and height, line speed, tank capacity, oven details and handling before and after dispensing. Finished lids are checked for continuity, cellular structure, adhesion, compression and leakage.
MACHINE CONFIGURATION
Configure PVC dispensing around bead control and curing capacity
The one-component PVC machine meters a continuous bead into the metal lid groove before the lid enters a validated curing oven. Motion, output and start-stop overlap must be coordinated so the closed-loop path has consistent width and height.
Machine output cannot be separated from oven capacity. Lid handling, dispensing speed, metal-cap temperature, dwell time and downstream cooling determine the real line rate and the finished foam structure.

Approval before production
The values above are selection references, not a release specification. Final dimensions and performance must be confirmed with the actual lid, closing process and filled medium.
