EVA MATERIAL GRADE
High-elastic food-grade EVA for demanding sealing cycles
This grade combines a food-related material option with higher foam density and recovery for projects where the gasket must rebound after stronger or repeated compression. It is evaluated for demanding metal lid and clamp-cover applications after the compliance scope is established.
Higher resilience is useful only when the section fits the groove and the closing system applies the intended compression. Hydraulic, leakage or repeated-compression testing should be performed with representative lids and the actual filled-product conditions.
