Manual EVA rings for direct lid-groove installation
Manual EVA rings are cut to length and joined before delivery so they can be placed directly into the lid groove. They are practical for sampling, repair supply, lower-volume projects and new lids that have not yet justified an automatic lining machine.
Ring diameter alone is not sufficient for production. The strip width, height, section, joint position and groove dimensions must be matched together. The finished ring should sit evenly without twisting, excessive stretch or a raised joint that changes lid closure.
