EVA MATERIAL GRADE
Solvent-resistant EVA for aggressive filled products
Solvent-resistant EVA is the first grade to evaluate for industrial coatings and other filled products that can swell or soften standard foam. Its denser structure and firmer hardness provide a different starting point, but resistance still depends on the exact solvent blend and exposure period.
Approval should include a controlled immersion or contact test followed by dimensional, compression and leakage checks. A material that looks acceptable after short exposure may lose sealing force during longer storage, so the test period should reflect the real distribution cycle.
