EVA SUPPLY FORM
EVA roll stock for automatic gasket lining machines
EVA roll stock is supplied as continuous profiled strip for automatic feeding into a metal lid groove. The machine controls feed length, placement, cutting and heat-welded joining to create a closed gasket ring inside the lid.
Stable automation depends on more than roll length. Strip width and height, profile tolerance, winding tension, core size and joint settings affect feeding and the finished ring. Material and machine trials should therefore use production-grade rolls and representative lids.
